i have suicidal breakdowns frequently & i try to keep these to myself on my Super Private twitter but sometimes i end up venting on my personal @tohruadachis (although i go back & delete them later after i've calmed down) so if this is the kind of thing that will be a bother in any way, please please don't follow me. i want ppl to be comfortable & safe, so don't feel obligated to stick around. i know i can be hard to deal with because i have mood swings often & feel things intensely

it's also worth noting that i do partake in drug use both re-creationally & to help curb my suicidal meltdowns & i talk about that occasionally so if that makes you uncomfortable, please don't follow
