  • crackers, tzaziki dip and four cheeses (plain and pepper cheddar, brie and camembert)

- cut the cheeses and set up

  • roast pork slices and mild shaved salami

- set up

  • garlic herbed bread and avocado, olives and sundried tomatoes

- cut up the garlic cloves and add butter, spread and grill, slice avocado, set up

  • sausages, roasted capsicum and garlic portobello mushrooms

- cook and cut sausages, cut capsicum, butter halved mushrooms, salt/pepper and roast

  • panna cotta served with pomegranate

- get ingredients, make pannacotta, set in fridge

  • grapes, grape juice and red/white wine
