GOAL: TO DEVELOP A BIKRAM HABIT - CLASS TWICE A WEEK

  • get everything ready the night before, including water
  • LIST - hairtie, water, mat, long towel, sandals, keys, tight short clothing
  • after every session, give the mat a hose and hang outside for two days
  • have a light breakfast 45 mins before going in - banana, corn with hummus, apple
  • make sure to set alarm at right time
  • brush teeth and have a cup of water
