GOAL: TO DEVELOP A BIKRAM HABIT - CLASS TWICE A WEEK
- get everything ready the night before, including water
- LIST - hairtie, water, mat, long towel, sandals, keys, tight short clothing
- after every session, give the mat a hose and hang outside for two days
- have a light breakfast 45 mins before going in - banana, corn with hummus, apple
- make sure to set alarm at right time
- brush teeth and have a cup of water
