- don't include disabled people in your activities
- mock or belittle disabled individuals
- infantilize, romanticize, or sexualize any illnesses or disorders (including mental/behavioral disorders)
- mental health stigmatizers
- people who mock or discredit mental illnesses, calling it "attention seeking" for discussing it
- people who shame others for having or needing therapy/medication
- neurodivergence-deniers (adhd, autism, etc. erasure) and so on
- autismphobes (ummm why do they exist)
- spread misinformation about illnesses or disorders on an online platform or in impressionable communities
- people who think illnesses and disorders are a "choice" and can be "prayed away"
- those who mock or shame people with physical or sensory disabilities
- refer to neurodivergent/disabled people as 'special' or 'differently abled'
- think that because you can't see the disability, it "isn't that bad"
- refuse to use tone tags when asked and/or mock them and people who need them
- believe disorders/illnesses have 'looks', or think the autism spectrum is linear
