List all of the healthy alternatives you can do instead of engaging in destructive behaviors. (destructive behaviors can include, eating disorder, negative thoughts, drinking, si, etc)
- E-mail Matt and tell him everything that's going on.
- E-mail Carrie and tell her everything that's going on.
- Tell my mum everything that's going on.
- Watch a happy movie (i.e. Hairspray).
- Write how I'm feeling in my journal.
- Take a bath/shower.
- Soak my feet in hot water.
- Talk to Tiana. Be silly.
- Paint my nails/pluck my eyebrows/put on makeup
- Look at pictures of Matt.
- Take a nap.
- Cuddle up with a favourite book (Dan Brown!).
- Print out colouring book pages and sit down and colour.
- Call a friend.
- Laugh. Go to fmylife.com to lighten the mood.
- Take a walk, bring a camera. Take pictures of beautiful things in nature.
- Make a video of how I'm feeling.
- Put on some fun music and DANCE!!!
- Talk to Kai on AIM. She always brightens your mood, and you don't have to tell her what's wrong to feel better. :wuv

- Take deep breaths. Find someplace quiet to meditate.
