- Drink only water, preferably at least 8 glasses
- Have an afternoon snack, less than 150 cals
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep
- Cardio at least 20-30 minutes plus another 20 minutes or so of exercise, 4 times a week
- Only one dessert a day!
- No eating after dinner
- Keep a journal most probably here
- Read this everyday
