- A powerful song which has an intense moment in it, for example 'Drumming Song' by Florence and the Machine, 'Dakota' by Stereophonics.
- A film which has something upsetting going on to the characters teamed with a heart-breaking sound track and stunning imagery.
- A film that ends on a bitter-sweet note, when the main character has gone through a lot but there's hope for the future.
- A real DMC (Deep Meaningful Conversation) with a close friend, when I learn something shocking or upsetting.
- Laughing with my mum for so long and with so much enthusiasm that I end up teary eyed.
- At moments when something I can't control occurs and I am unable to think of a way to set it right. This happened recently when my camera was knocked out of my hand and hit the ground, unfortunately it broke. I was devastated.
