Todoroki Shouto/Bakugou Katsuki (TodoBaku)

note: please mind the tags when you click on the links, some are rated E for explicit.

Katsuki asks Shouto to marry him. On national television, because nothing in his life ever happens as planned.

And now previously empty corners of his brain are filled with all of this dumb shit about stupid Todoroki and he has to cart it around all the fuckin’ time.

It's been countless years since the Holy War left its mark, leaving countless scars on Heaven and it's denizens. Many had moved on, healed from the worst of the scars, but Shouto's had never stopped weighing on his heart. How could they when those he'd cherished had left such a notable void in his existence? When it was so hard to understand why? When it was so hard to shake the doubt?

He isn't surprised when his doubt results in him being cast out of the holy realm of his birth.

What does surprise him, is when his fall is cut short by an achingly familiar face, and he finds that Hell and its residents my not be as terrible as Heaven would have him believe.

Bakugou opens up. To a very particular cat.

Katsuki finds Shouto's Reddit account and it solidifies the fact that his husband is both the biggest idiot and the man he loves the most.

With half his sketchbook filled with drawings of the guy, Katsuki wondered if he’s already crossed the line of being insanely creepy.

in which Bakugou and Todoroki are definitely, definitely dating; except they just aren't?!

Shouto tries to pierce his own ears, and Bakugou deals with the consequences of that. (All of them, in no specific order.)

Everyone who’s ever mattered to Shouto has either left or been taken away, so when he meets Bakugou Katsuki, he tells himself, I will not let him matter to me.

He fails, miserably.

Kaminari and truth serum is a dangerous combination, especially for people with secret crushes, like Bakugou.

On all fronts, Shizuo finds himself totally bamboozled.

Todoroki-kun’s prone rings.

daddy, reads the caller id.

For a second, Izuku forgets, and genuinely wonders why Todoroki is taking calls from that living garbage bag—ahem, from number one hero, Endeavor. It can’t be a good thing.

But then Todoroki picks up, and says, voice perfectly clear, “Hello, Bakugou.”

Kacchan set the bar, Todoroki raised it. That is not a good thing.

Todoroki gets hit with a quirk that makes him sick unless a particular person is touching him. And that particular person just happens to be Bakugou Katsuki.

When the Valentines pile up for Todoroki and Bakugou, Mineta is determined to figure out how they did it. Instead he uncovers a secret that's much more hazardous to his health.

Apparently, fate still has plans for them.

They're not love letters. Duh.

Katsuki should be at home working on college applications. He should have bet something other than—

“Hey.” Shouto’s voice almost makes Katsuki jump. Almost. “Sorry, Coach wanted to talk to me.”

—a kiss.

“You’re hot.”

“Wh—”

“And cute. Cute when you’re worried.” Shouto tilts his head and tries to look up at him, but gives up when a wave of dizziness rushes over him. He blinks. “I think I’m concussed.”

This is the single worst thing to happen to Katsuki.

Sure, he’s been kidnapped. He’s faced death. This is different.

It’s different because he’s trapped in a box with Todoroki, and they’re close. Real close. Slotted together like Tetris pieces.

And see, he didn’t want to make out with the League of Villains or French death. He does want to kiss Todoroki. He'd like to kiss Todoroki senseless.

It’s a problem.

From a distance, Todoroki Shouto is nothing more than a target through the sniper lens. Up close, he's far too real.

Bakugou Katsuki and Todoroki Shouto have their own reasons for disappearing for the remainder of Midoriya’s housewarming party. It’s expected really, them seeking a place to hide, given who they are.

What wasn’t expected however, was them finding it in each other.

Bakugou is definitely not baking a cake for Todoroki's birthday.

Katsuki, a top pro gamer, encounters a worthy and very irritating rival—who may also be about to become his teammate.

Or in which Katsuki doped with painkillers flirts with his husband and Denki has the time of his life.

Shouto was the first person Katsuki ever loved. Not much has changed.

Katsuki may have asked Shouto to go out with him, but it’s not a date.

It’s not often that they all get to see each other anymore, so it shouldn’t be such a surprise that Shouto didn’t know that Katsuki recently started seeing someone.

It wasn’t supposed to be like this. He was supposed to be his.

For Bakugou, sharing lectures with the love of his life is both a blessing and an eternal curse.

In which Shouto sleep talks and says things that gives Katsuki an emotional crisis.

Bakugou Katsuki has always had a lot of feelings about Shouto's hair. Seeing it in a French braid might be the thing that makes him stop keeping them to himself.

Todoroki is abroad for the summer doing an internship. Instead of dealing with it, Bakugou decides to leave him a million voicemails.

When Katsuki leaves a class pajama party early, Shouto gets up and follows him back to his dorm.

He’s been following him a lot lately, but Katsuki doesn’t seem to mind it. Actually, it’s almost like he expects him to.

When Midoriya drops a Shouto/Ground Zero doujinshi into Todoroki's lap, Todoroki does his level best to make Bakugou miserable with it.

Katsuki grapples with love and many-worlds interpretation theory. The former is more difficult. / quantum mechanics + soulmates

When life gives you lemons, you beat it to the punch.

Izuku has noticed Kacchan’s been acting kind of weird, and he’s going to apply the Scientific Method to prove it.

Shouto babysits his niece and has the best accidental date of his life (Bakugou Katsuki is good with kids, who even knew about it)

  • trial run by todobaku brainrot hours (snowandfire)

Katsuki doesn’t even think it’s bad to have healthy boundaries around things that belong to you. Except, of course, Todoroki Shouto isn’t a thing. And he definitely doesn’t belong to Katsuki either.

The jealousy is becoming an issue.

the unredacted notes on the Shouto-cat incident - written by Midoriya Izuku, annotated by Bakugou Katsuki

Shouto doesn't mind biding his time, but he will never miss an opportunity. The morning's peace is just collateral damage.

when the hot as(s) fuck neighbour asks him to help water his plants while he's gone, how can Katsuki say no?

(no he doesn't know shit about them, fuck off, but he's the best so how hard can this be?)

Spring is a catalyst.

an au where Bakugou's fourth wall jokes are no jokes because he's actually aware of himself as a fictional character.

Hagakure Tooru is invisible, and that is sometimes a lot more trouble than it's worth.

an au where Shouto's a murderous snow spirit and Katsuki's a ghost bent on vengeance

Todoroki doesn't know what exactly he's done wrong in his life to somehow accidentally start dating Bakugou Katsuki, but he has. Yup, has he ever.

These days Katsuki’s two-step plan to avoiding his problems looks like this:

Step one: if a problem arises, the first course of action is explosions. (What? He’s an improved person not a new one, sometimes the best approach in life is the classic one.)

Step two: if step one fails, pretend like it worked. The problem is now dead to him, refuse to acknowledge its continued existence until it has the gall to try and blow up in his face.

“Don’t you have better things to do than flirt with some stranger you met at the hospital, pretty boy?” (Shouto’s father is dying, his sister is delusional, and his brother is nowhere to be found. So no, not really.)

yes, Katsuki would still love Shouto if he was a fuckin' worm.

Quirk physics is all well and good until you're in an alternate universe (probably) with Todoroki Shouto and his unbelievably annoying good looks.

Todoroki's finally learned how to roll up his sleeve before setting his arm on fire, and Bakugou has to comment on it.

All Might breaks into their squabbles to give them some advice, but… what is All Might trying to advise them about actually?

Nobody made the cat climb up the stupidly tall christmas tree. Nobody made Shouto create a public spectacle whilst bringing the furball down. And nobody made Katsuki's heart melt at the sight of them both together - yet here they are.
