• Add dab of butter while toasting bread, make sure it gets crispy
• Place cheese triangle as you see fit
• Take off stove and place on spinach and roast beef

Roast beef, spinach, and cheese sandwich!! Some people like their roast beef with horseradish but I am not masochistic.
