· talk about your feelings.

· it's okay to be mad.

· you are not perfect and you'll never be. and it's okay.

· you are not going to like everyone you meet and not everyone you meet will like you, and that's okay. but what is not okay is to spread hate.

· i know it's hard, but let yourself feel whatever you need to feel.

· always organize your feelings.

· it's not your fault.

· take your time to heal.

· focus on people who care about you.

· learn to wait.

· your feelings are valid. put yourself in first place and then think about what'll do for other people.

· forgive yourself.

· respect your limits.

· again, it's okay to feel anger.

· you're human. i think you need to remind yourself of it sometimes.

· it's okay to lose your mind sometimes, you're not always going to be right about everything to everyone.

· people have different versions and visions about you, and you can't control that. and that's okay, i promise.

· speak up.

· as i told you multiple times, you're human. sometimes you will feel ugly feelings towards people and that doesn't make you a bad person or will make someone like you any less.
