  • keep track of what is important
    • things you love
    • things you like
    • things you are excited about
  • at least 1 weekly physical extracurricular activity
    • yoga
    • some kind of sport
    • swimming
    • pilates
  • try to read 1 book every 2 months
  • reconnect with creativity!
  • connect with a therapist
  • be a bit more selfish (less people pleasing, more me pleasing)
