- keep track of what is important
- things you love
- things you like
- things you are excited about
- at least 1 weekly physical extracurricular activity
- yoga
- some kind of sport
- swimming
- pilates
- try to read 1 book every 2 months
- reconnect with creativity!
- connect with a therapist
- be a bit more selfish (less people pleasing, more me pleasing)
