• Loose weight over the course of the year - Be 7/8 stone by December
  • Make more of an effort with coursework/school work in preparation for uni
  • Get better at saving money generally
  • Don't get so worked up about small things
  • Appreciate what I still have
  • Eat healthier
  • Exercise at least 3 times a week
