ingredients:
- 225g white chocolate, in chunks
- 115g unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 70g granulated sugar
- 155g plain flour
- 1tsp salt
for toppings:
- 180g white chocolate
- 90ml double cream
steps
- melt together butter and chocolate
- let aside, cooling and whisk 2 eggs until light and frothy
- put the sugar and whisk again
- then put the chocolate, plain flour and salt
- put in the oven at 170c for 20 mins
for the topping
- mix both white chocolate and double cream
- pour in the brownies
- let it cool in the freezer
