ingredients:

  • 225g white chocolate, in chunks
  • 115g unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 70g granulated sugar
  • 155g plain flour
  • 1tsp salt

for toppings:

  • 180g white chocolate
  • 90ml double cream

steps

  • melt together butter and chocolate
  • let aside, cooling and whisk 2 eggs until light and frothy
  • put the sugar and whisk again
  • then put the chocolate, plain flour and salt
  • put in the oven at 170c for 20 mins

for the topping

  • mix both white chocolate and double cream
  • pour in the brownies
  • let it cool in the freezer
