School

  • Good efforts in getting all A’s, but don’t stress so much over a solid B.
  • Be more efficient with homework time, especially on the days when I come home at 10 from rehearsals.
  • At least 2100 for a first goal of SAT I.

Music

  • Maintain concert mistress seat?
  • Practice at least 6 out of 7 days a week, and even if it’s only 30 minutes make it worth it.
  • Pay more attention to details, especially bow arm.
  • Get bow rehaired and violin fixed up.
  • Finish more musical arrangement projects, compose one solid piece.
  • Organize iTunes playlists again: add more music, recycle things I don’t listen to at all.
  • Organize sheet music: school music, gig music, pit orchestra, originals, exercise books, etc.
  • Study beyond AP Music Theory level after the test.
  • Also music history.
  • Maintain http://thepracticelog.tumblr.com.
  • Audition and get into PSYO.
  • Learn more about and maybe try out for All Southern or whatever it’s called LOL.
  • Start YouTube channel with Michael for piano/violin duet.
  • Start YouTube channel for “Transcontinental Duet” with Kevin somehow…
  • Stop accidentally sleeping past the due date and missing the practice log assignments.
  • Work at being a good leader and teacher.

Should’s and Could’s

  • Less napping.
  • Start homework right when I have the chance after school.
  • Once work is done don’t waste time and sleep by 1am or earlier.
  • Bike to school at least 2-3 times a week (once I figure out how to carry my good violin back and worth while biking)
  • Don’t eat when bored, don’t eat past 9pm.
  • Eat in smaller portions.
  • Drink more water, bring a water bottle to school every day.
  • Turn off the computer when I really don’t need it.
  • Take out contacts before sleeping because I sometimes forget to do that and it’s really bad for me.

General

  • Read more books in my free time. Carry one with me all the time.
  • Stop worrying so much and just enjoy life, really.
  • Forgive.
  • Care for the people who matter rather than being so self conscious.
  • Be more selfless.
  • Sometimes look back on failure like it’s a good thing.
  • Love everything I do, that way I can get more motivation to do them and feel satisfied when accomplishing something.
  • Smile and drop by to say hi more often.
  • Write in that word barf notebook as much as possible for a stress reliever.
