• i will only ask for buyer's personal information like name, contact number, address, etc. once packing is done and when i'm about to book shipment. to avoid any errors and to keep each other safe, all information are one-time-use only for transactions. private dms are deleted once transaction is complete.

• items claimed and secured will only be packed once all payments are completed
• if items are found to be fake, no strictly only 50% refund
• more discreet proofs and close-up conditions will be sent through dm
• i am not liable for any loss or damages of parcels of being picked up by the courier, i am willing to help but that's all i can do
• strictly no refunds for this since the issue is way beyond my responsibility and reach
