The house must have

• Dark features (Floor, Cabinets, stone)
• The house must be small (Two bedrooms max)
• The kitchen must be cozy with enough room to move around
• The backyard will have a vegetable and flower garden
• What will not be allowed in my home is a television and a gaming system
