• there are thousands of cells alive, inside your body, working hard just to keep you alive.
  • put on lipstick. preferably the brightest shade.
  • failure does not mean that you have lost; giving up does.
  • go to sleep. try again tomorrow.
  • stand straight, chin up.
  • in 5 to 10 years, none of this will matter. the test you failed and the one piece of homework you forgot to do won't matter. what people think of you won't matter. the only thing that will matter is what you did and how you did it. the foundation you build up for yourself now is for the long-run.
  • do not get stuck trying to fit into a mold, whether it's a mold others have built for you or one you've built for yourself.
  • use your time wisely; it doesn't last forever. aka, stop wasting so much time on the internet!!!
  • just because you're not where you want to be, doesn't mean you haven't made any progress at all.
  • remember: baby steps. take your time & be patient.
  • you matter too; don't forget about yourself, too. it's not selfish to be considerate of yourself. it's called having self-worth.
  • the more you do, the less you expect from others // the less you do, the less you expect from others. don't expect someone to do something for you just bc you do it for them.
  • take care of yourself - eat healthy, drink water, sleep, exercise, talk to people, spend time alone.
  • no matter what anyone says, your hardships have worth and they matter. they aren't pointless no matter how young and fortunate you may be.
  • just bc others aren't proud of you, doesn't mean that you can't be proud of yourself. then again, only you know how much you've gone through.. you were the only one who was always there for yourself. you were the only one who always picked yourself back up whenever you fell down. in the end, only you know how hard its been for you.
  • you treat everyone else like they're human, so why can't you treat yourself like that?
  • have strong eyebrow game.
  • grades do not define you. grades do not define you. grades do not define you. grades do not define you. grades do not define you. grades do not define you. grades do not define you.
  • as long as you're honest about yourself to yourself & to everyone else, you shouldn't worry about what others think of you.
  • pro tip to being & looking beautiful: be happy.
  • pro tip to being happy: do what you want.
  • envying other girls isn't going to make you prettier. stop trying to replicate what you see in other girls. just be yourself & focus only on yourself. be ok with yourself. work on improving yourself to always be better. don't compare yourself to other girls.
  • be passionate. be so passionate that it's annoying.
  • if people decide to walk out of your life, then let them and walk out of their lives too. if people consciously choose to do something that they know will harm/end their relationship with you, it's not your fault. have self-worth. you don't have time or energy to worry about those who don't care about you when you have better things to worry about, like yourself.
