during re4, the parasite, wanting more and more people to control, acts as an aphrodisiac gets the two of them together for the night. after being brought back home, ashley starts showing signs that she's pregnant. her dad, being very antichoice, forces ashley to keep the baby, wanting her to experience the consequences of her actions. she immediately pulls out of the public eye completely, not wanting anyone to know about it if they don't have to. the president, still caring for his daughter's wellbeing, gets her the best healthcare and rehires leon - unaware that he is the father - to look over her once more.
