• special k cereal most days
  • oatmeal on other days
  • fruit everyday
  • yogurt everyday
  • granola bars
  • healthy lunches
  • eat every 2/3 hours
  • orange juice occasionally
  • treats only once a week (going out to eat, dessert, etc)
  • two litres of water a day
  • multivitamins
  • control carb intake
  • avoid cheese
  • try not to eat constantly. eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.
  • no eating after dinner at all
  • get a smoothie at least once a month for that fusion booster
  • green tea everyday and no sweetner
  • when working, get subway or bring food
  • soy milk
