- special k cereal most days
- oatmeal on other days
- fruit everyday
- yogurt everyday
- granola bars
- healthy lunches
- eat every 2/3 hours
- orange juice occasionally
- treats only once a week (going out to eat, dessert, etc)
- two litres of water a day
- multivitamins
- control carb intake
- avoid cheese
- try not to eat constantly. eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.
- no eating after dinner at all
- get a smoothie at least once a month for that fusion booster
- green tea everyday and no sweetner
- when working, get subway or bring food
- soy milk
