- try gluten free as much as possible during this time
- add spinach to every smoothie
- low fat olympic yogurt during this time
- get low fat greek olympic krema yogurt
- 2 litres of water per day (buy whistler water bottle to measure and make sure)
- bring own food to work - vegetarian and gluten free
