- and stop isolating yourself to avoid some real problems

- maintain a regular sleeping schedule. for adult ages 18 - 65+ , it's recommended to get 7 - 9 hours of rest every night. stop complaining why you often have a massive headache when you havent even tried to love yourself and go sleep before midnight

- if you want to drink five glasses of milk a day then do it. have your favorite food. if it makes you feel better just do it girl.

- stop giving a fuck about what other people think about you if youre comfortable with yourself then go on girl
- don't blame yourself or even apologise for things that aren't your fault
- reevaluate your internet friends list. unfriend and unfollow but it goes deeper than that. stop avoiding it and realise that a toxic friendship isn't good. slowly but sure , take steps to back off. it's difficult and easier said than done.
