- searching for the cool spots under the quilt
- being excited about breakfast (my favourite meal)
- listening to the silence before the house noises begin
- planning my outfit for the day
- the sunshine crawling across my white quilt
- the hiss of the espresso maker brewing & the scent of coffee
- watering my plants before it gets hot
- cool air drifting in through the open window
- slow, lazy wake-ups or energised, excited leapings out of bed!
