Things I like:

• Thunderstorms.
• The smell of rain - It's completely intoxicating and I think I love it just that little bit more than the smell of cold weather(snow).
• Lounging about in my room in cute underwear and not freezing to death.
• Swimming.
• Fruit.
• Cold glasses of water.
• Christmas.

Things I dislike:

• Sand - everyone always invites you to the beach and you're obliged to go and then you get covered in sand and spend the next three hours trying to get it out of your hair.
• Sun = sunburn, which I avoid like the plague. Unlike all the idiots that inhabit this country I personally have no desire to get a tan, or cancer.
• Humidity.
• Sweltering hot days where you can do nothing but wait it out.
• Sweltering hot nights where you can't sleep at all.
• Mornings where it's boiling by eight and the sun is gushing through my east-facing windows right onto my bed and into my face.
• Day light savings - stupid idea if you ask me, especially when they start it a month early.
• Cicadas - they're cool and all when it's just they're shells on trees... Not so much when you're trying to sleep.
• Thongs (flipflops) - strapping foam to your feet is gross.
• Christmas is often insufferably hot.
• Heat of any kind, if you hadn't noticed.
• Sweating.
• The sounds fans make.
• Ugh, bugs.
