- went overseas with family for a holiday, a lot of unwanted memories resurfaced, cried a lot, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, intrusive thoughts, decided to take a warm bath and listen to music to cope. when we got back home, i did a lot of meditation and physical therapy

- went to indonesia for a holiday. watch the sunset, went island hopping, water rafting and see the waterfalls. homesick. was also struggling with some insecurities while i was there.. spend some nights crying. i still don't know how to deal with them but hopefully i'll learn how to manage it.
