  • exhausted, felt like my brain was on overload, sleep
  • cried, felt emotionally drained
  • anxiety, recurring thoughts, decided to listen to an audiobook and it made me feel a lot better. It's like listening to bedtime stories hahha. i loved it.
  • watched some wholesome animal videos to get through the day, exercise, learning to re-mother myself
  • i went to a social gathering yesterday. i was surprised that i was able to socialize well because it's been years since i've interacted with new people. Not because of covid or anything like that but because i just felt like the people i used to hang out with, i just couldn't resonate with them anymore. And i was also struggling with a little bit of anxiety but this meetup, the whole experience was really nice and comforting. A few of us even made a mini book club together hahha. i can't wait to meet them all again (´◡`)♡

  • a relaxing month. nothing much really happen. mostly spend time reading

  • mental health struggles, engaging with coping mechanisms, felt a lot better at the end of the month

july

  • exercising, reading, playing board games with my youngest sister, getting back to one of my old hobbies;- digital scrapbooking! :) i hope to print it out onto physical paper soon. It seems much more fun to do that.
