- my mental health was taking a toll on me for a loong time and january just felt like a whole new chapter. i was ready to accomplish a few goals like having a positive mindset. i struggle a lot with negative thinking and so spending my month listening to positive affirmations really helped to change my way of thinking. i also tried doing a 30 day habit challenge but i was so inconsistent. i felt so frustrated and when i feel frustrated, i would usually go back to my old ways but i realized that i just need to take a step back.

- i realize that i get overwhelmed very easily so instead of doing the 30 day habit challenge, i'm going to take small steps and do a 5 day habit challenge instead and i'm doing this challenge because i just need to start looking after myself. And i've also been spending my month decluttering. decluttering old thought patterns. digital decluttering. decluttering of clothes, books, bags. Also, not looking at my phone right after i wake up has been so helpful, it makes my mornings so much better.
