last night i had a dream i saw you during a school trip; that alone was a dream come true. there was a large crowd of people (they were more like blurry shadows) and then it opened up to where you stood, glowing (it reminded me of when the sun peaks through dispersing clouds). but when i looked over from the back ( you were all the way in the front ), i noticed your eyes were puffy and your nose was red. i watched as the more you spoke with those around you, the more teary you got til you broke down and cried. i wanted to cry too

i don’t remember how but suddenly i was in front of you and it was like we were the only people in the world together. you spoke to me about what happened and you started crying once again. i hesitated, but i softly wiped your cheek with my thumb and then gently kissed your tears away. i remember the surprised look on your face but you smiled and laughed for a moment saying that youve always wanted it to be like this. i smiled back with tears in my eyes saying that ive always wanted to be with you. you pulled me into a warm embrace and my head fit perfectly into the crook of your neck and i knew everything was just how it should be.
