let it all out. it doesn’t make you weak. crying is your right to your emotions and how you feel. your body is making you do so because it cares about you and you need it. it's okay to cry. you're allowed. i promise.

if you want some time off to yourself, you can take all the time you need to be alone... but just in case the thought comforts you, momma is always at an arm's reach from you even if silently. so whenever you need, you have me.

you can cry in front of me, if you'd like. i've never laughed before, have i? i've always tried my best to comfort you through it and make sure you know you're being listened to. and rather than feeling like it's a chore, i like doing it. it makes me feel like you trust me with your more vulnerable thoughts. taking care of you is a privilege, really. i'm thankful that i get to see more vulnerable sides of you because you don't really have to show them to me. i know it's hard to be vulnerable.

so i'm glad that you opened this up. if you're reading this then momma is sending you all the love and protection and warmth through the screen and around your whole being. momma's gently wiping your tears away and kissing your flushed cheeks, holding you and running soothing fingers through your soft locks.

i know that you like being alone when you're upset but just in case you need it, this is the comfort and love you deserve during times that you're troubled.

cry it out, my love. cups your cheeks and smooches your forehead. then afterwards let's drink water and eat a little snack, okay? then maybe we can take a peaceful nap.
