- Don't snack so much - healthy snacks = the way to go! (big sacrifice :S)
- Tone up flabby arms hawhawhaw or go bowling again!
- GO BOWLING AGAIN, YES DO IT.
- Jog to the park every morning lol
- Eat more fruits!
