  • Don't snack so much - healthy snacks = the way to go! (big sacrifice :S)
  • Tone up flabby arms hawhawhaw or go bowling again!
  • GO BOWLING AGAIN, YES DO IT.
  • Jog to the park every morning lol
  • Eat more fruits!
