- Be tolerant of all people
- Don't get mad at people for making the same mistakes you make. Its like jesus said "And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye.
- Wrestling and literature are very important to me. I love books and I love wrestling
- Love the people that are close to you
- Having lots of friends is not that important, but its really great to have a few really good ones
- Sex is pretty serious stuff and messes people up bad if its taken too lightly. That's what I gather from this book anyway. I'm no expert. It can not only cause emotional harm but some serious physical damage as well
- Family is the most important thing
- Don't worry to much or be over protective. Trust people, especially your spouse and kids.
- Don't make a mockery of other people's misfortunes
