Since I like to drink I thought I might start a list of differnt creations to try and/or have again.

• Big ass martini list
• Sidecars: a classic cocktail traditionally made with Cognac, orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier or another triple sec), and lemon juice.
• Boilermakers : is a beer cocktail consisting of a glass of beer and a shot of whiskey, tequila, or vodka
• Bellini: a long drink cocktail that originated in Venice. It is a mixture of sparkling wine (traditionally Prosecco) and peach purée often served at celebrations.
• Gimlet: is a cocktail, a form of martini, typically made of gin or vodka and lime juice. A 1928 description of the drink was: "gin, a spot of lime, and soda
• Papa Doble: a creation of Ernest Hemingway it was a daiquiri with double the rum and none of the sugar.
• Teh Alaskan Polar Bear Heater: Drink from the 1963 Nutty Professor is taken verbatim from the movie

“Two shots of vodka, a little rum, some bitters, and a smidgen of vinegar…a shot of vermouth, a shot of gin, a little brandy, lemon peel, orange peel, cherry, some more scotch. Now mix it nice, and pour it into a tall glass.” Sources say that it tastes like bitters-soak ass, Ernest Borgnine's ass.
