  • gym every day (or every day i'm not at uni)
  • snack healthily (fruit/nuts/yogurt)
  • sleep early, wake up early
  • shower and get comfy once i get home
  • breakfast = last night's dinner
  • eat less at night, more in the morning
  • cook and bake more
  • steam more!! less frying
  • make clear and well organised lecture notes (iannotate+googledrive)
  • spend more time at uni (in library doing work)
  • get out more, walk more but shop less
  • separate laundry - whites/blacks/hand wash
  • record more
  • face mask once a week
  • foam wash in the morning, cleansing oil at night
  • less heat styling!
  • volumising shampoos & repairing conditioners
  • hair treatments/oils
  • braid/put hair in a bun to sleep for waves
  • clay/wax/spray for styling instead of straighteners/wand
