- drink a bottle of lemon water a day
- gym every day (or every day i'm not at uni)
- snack healthily (fruit/nuts/yogurt)
- sleep early, wake up early
- shower and get comfy once i get home
- breakfast = last night's dinner
- eat less at night, more in the morning
- cook and bake more
- steam more!! less frying
- make clear and well organised lecture notes (iannotate+googledrive)
- spend more time at uni (in library doing work)
- get out more, walk more but shop less
- separate laundry - whites/blacks/hand wash
- record more
- face mask once a week
- foam wash in the morning, cleansing oil at night
- less heat styling!
- volumising shampoos & repairing conditioners
- hair treatments/oils
- braid/put hair in a bun to sleep for waves
- clay/wax/spray for styling instead of straighteners/wand
