  • in sinking in anxiety and depression and also in eating disorders, but guess what have been keeping me functioning and away from killing myself?

  • basically what keeps me from falling apart is music and reading. and writing of course!

      • i'm ashamed to say that, but the thing that is helping me the most rn is the twilight saga. it's so bad and lame that it's funny and relaxing. i love it! it reminds me of when i was a 11yo girl reading it for the first time and desperately in love with vampires and werewolves. and i know all the plot! it's predictable. so i'll never be surprised by any plot twist.
      • poetry has also been helping me a lot!

      • radiohead: careful with this one. it helps me to go throught painful moments cause it express well my feelings.
      • the most happy playlist you can make: no matter how sad you are and you want to listen to sad music, don't. put on a happy playlist and be a hero.
    • writing
      • just put everything on the paper. poetry, fantasy stories, journal entries...
    • baths: even a quick hot shower helps me a lot to slow down my mind. sometimes i'm too depressed to shower, but too anxious to not shower. it's hard.
