๑ when im little and in a distressed, irrational, or generally poor state of mind, there can be a multitude of reasons for this. when i am upset i struggle to rationalise, its important to make sure that i have.. ╮⟢

♡ 𓈒 eaten that day

♡ 𓈒 taken my pills

♡ 𓈒 gotten enough sleep

♡ 𓈒 had enough to drink

♡ 𓈒 talked about whats on my mind

๑ if i have done all of these, and still cant pinpoint what exactly is wrong, it's worth noting that my environment may be impacting my mood as well. i'm very poor at regulating my body temperature, for example. another thing worth checking is where i am in my monthly cycle, as i have pmdd and this greatly affects my ability to rationalise.. i can sometimes get hostile and push others away in an attempt to ''protect'' myself when in a vulnerable state of mind like this, so it's important to be as patient and gentle as possible. ╮⟢

please keep in mind NOT to dismiss my feelings, if i am upset and also havent eaten, slept, or taken my pills that day, please dont assume that's the only factor! be understanding and patient.
