๑ to calm myself down, i try to make my room an environment i feel safe in - turning off the lights, turning my fan on, taking off any clothing thats overstimulating me, ect. i try to focus a lot on the sensory aspect of everything first.. i like to make sure my room is as cold as possible. here is a list of other things i do to help ease my mind.. ╮⟢

๑ when in situations where i'm unable to be face to face, calling helps a lot. i sometimes struggle with going nonverbal, but just having the presence of someone dear to me on the other end brings me comfort.. ╮⟢
