- I have actually learnt how to make perfect rice...turns out you need to put a lid on the pan. Apparently everyone knew this but me. I didn't know this was so necessary. So now I need to make my learn how to cook list more interesting.
- Mille feuille - love French patisserie so that would extend. I wanna make super nice presented cakes. I really don't like birthday cake icing and I haven't found any of these cakes have that. I have recently perfected chocolate cake too.
- custard. Isn't completely necessary and I don't have it that much but I tried to make it once and it turned into scrambled egg.
- The perfect vegetable curry.
- Cookies. I used to be able to make perfect cookies and now I'm just not satisfied, maybe they were just good but it needs to be better than good.
- egg fried rice.
