  • Exercise daily. Try: stretching, HIIT, yoga, weight lifting, running, swimming. 20 - 30 mins a day.
  • Walk, run, or hike. Try to do a proper outing once a week, but get outside daily.
  • Read. Set a yearly goal - maybe 50 books a year.
  • Write. Start a daily journal and diary, try to do 10-20 mins every day.
  • Sing.
  • Cooking and baking. Try to meal prep every week.
  • Meditate. 5-60 mins. Anything helps!
  • Sleep properly. An odd one, but make sure you sleep for 9-8 hours.
  • Study / Go back to school. Learn something you've always wanted to through books, classes, and videos.
  • Learn a language.
  • Draw, paint, sketch. Go outside and do it or at your desk.
  • Photography.
  • Gardening. Plan a space from windowsill to garden size.
  • Foraging. From greens for salads and teas. To berries and mushrooms.
  • Crafts: DIY, pottery, scrapbooking, soap making. etc, make your own skincare and makeup.
  • Wood carving, whittling. Try to make a spoon!
  • Sewing, embroidery, needlepoint, and clothes making.
  • Jewelry making. (@Tenderhorn_ on it makes great ones from scrap materials!)
  • Stargazing and astrology. Invest in a telescope and see how the planets move.
  • Spirituality/religion. Read, devotions, divination, tarot, crystals, spell work, prayer work.
  • Travel. Try to leave your area once a month. Be a tourist in your own town or the nearest one. Visit a space you've never been. Leave the country if you can. Take 1-7 nights away from home once a year.
  • Seasonal dependant activities. --Spring: Mayday, easter, flower pressing, valentines, --Summer: Wild swimming, tanning, foraging, hikes, beach day, --Autumn: Corn maze, pumpkin carving, Halloween recipes, seed foraging, leaf collecting. --Winter: Snow walks, ice skating, Christmas, wreath making, sledding, snowmen, ornament making, make your own wine or alcohol, make an igloo...

Notes If you want to reduce your screen time, the best way to start is to plan. Look at what you do VS what you want to do. Make a goal plan for your month/season and then for the year, start by choosing to do things that will help you achieve this. A year is a long time, you have time to do what you want.
