- go for at least a 20 minute walk every day, or do some other kind of exercise
- get better and better at my job
- organise my room
- look for a place of my own
- put on clothes, wash my face and brush my teeth every day
- try and improve my skin
- eat more healthily- more fruit and veg, less chocolate and fizzy drink
- possibly try out rowing?
- make sure my clothes are clean and ironed, my hair is clean and I am clean for work every day
- socialise
- prepare for work the night before- clothes, shower, lunch, breakfast etc
- get into work before 9am every day
- talk to the guy I fancy, look him in the face and smile
- spend less time lying around in my bed (ironic, as that's what I'm doing now)
- take off makeup every night
