• go for at least a 20 minute walk every day, or do some other kind of exercise
  • get better and better at my job
  • organise my room
  • look for a place of my own
  • put on clothes, wash my face and brush my teeth every day
  • try and improve my skin
  • eat more healthily- more fruit and veg, less chocolate and fizzy drink
  • possibly try out rowing?
  • make sure my clothes are clean and ironed, my hair is clean and I am clean for work every day
  • socialise
  • prepare for work the night before- clothes, shower, lunch, breakfast etc
  • get into work before 9am every day
  • talk to the guy I fancy, look him in the face and smile
  • spend less time lying around in my bed (ironic, as that's what I'm doing now)
  • take off makeup every night
