- the time will come. in moments of clarity, make a map so that you know to do something else. tell someone BEFORE you do the thing.
- "it won't make you feel better, really". "i know it's going to make me feel worse"
- productively worry - pick one news source, limit intrusions/pop ups. what is happening locally?
- sunlight, greenery, use space meaningfully!
- keep active!
- creative ways to stay in touch and remain engaged with other people
- yoga app! fitbit! (cancel subscriptions before july)
