  • productively worry - pick one news source, limit intrusions/pop ups. what is happening locally?
  • sunlight, greenery, use space meaningfully!
  • keep active!
  • creative ways to stay in touch and remain engaged with other people
  • yoga app! fitbit! (cancel subscriptions before july)
