Take control of your life (this means physically, emotionally, and mentally)
Accept the fact that you CANNOT change other people or how they act towards you but you CAN change the way you react or receive their reactions (plus how right can they actually be? It's not like they're life gurus AND perceptions and opinions are always to some degree at fault)
Find a balance (What makes you happy? Physically strengthen your body by doing activities YOU like. Emotionally stabilize yourself by accepting your faults and your strengths. And continue building relationships with people who actually value you as a person while removing or breaking ties with those who don't.
