- sushi, 1 tempura sweet potato and 1 carrot, some of patricks TGIF apps, coffee creamer
Sunday
- meal: tear and share candy, frap, cherries
- coffee creamer, 2 pieces sushi
Monday
- meal: subway sandwich, tear and share candy
- sip of creamice, cereal bar, yogurt and 3 pieces grahamn cracker before bed (need to buy caffeine free diet pill)
so i eat way more on workdays...maybe i shouldnt eat a meal before work, just sushi at work? i can try that wed. or just say nothing besides miso.?
also today... i did my meal at dinner, which may be good but i fell right asleep after... i guess it just depends if im hungry early or not. we'll play tomorrow by ear i suppose.

- b and p....shouldn't have eaten before bed w/o anyone else around... i think i got almost all of it up tho so it should be okay....

sucky sucky suck.
eat light before work. only eat rice and sushi from peoples plates. NO wontons NO dessert. F i just wish i could p.
