mental health goals:
- ✔ consume coffee when i'm hungry. and coffee constantly.
- no diet soda, gluten, snacks, eating after drinking or eating any type of dessert when i'm in good mode
- shower every day
- tan every day
- walk every day.
- wash hair sunday morning, monday night and wednesday night. friday night if i dont go out
basically, dont eat crap and walk a lot and drink coffee and water a lot and don't eat a lot and tan a lot and just try to be better.
