mental health goals:

  • consume coffee when i'm hungry. and coffee constantly.
  • no diet soda, gluten, snacks, eating after drinking or eating any type of dessert when i'm in good mode
  • shower every day
  • tan every day
  • walk every day.
  • wash hair sunday morning, monday night and wednesday night. friday night if i dont go out

basically, dont eat crap and walk a lot and drink coffee and water a lot and don't eat a lot and tan a lot and just try to be better.
