Daily:
Awaken 6AM, snack and change to cycle 6:30AM
Shower, food and breakfast 7:30AM (leave 8:15 at the latest)
- MON: tech 4-5, hw 5:30-7, tkd 7:30-8:30
- EAT at home whilst doing homework, do more homework on return if possible
- TUE: work 4:30-7:30, hw 8-9:30
- WED: debating 4-5, gym 5:30-6:30, hw 7-9
- PREPARE pre-workout snack to eat quickly at home or at debating
- THU: hw 4-5:15, food, tkd 6:45-8
- Do more homework after taekwondo if possible
- FRI: work 4:30-7:30, gym 8-9
- No homework Friday nights! Have a night off
- SAT: cycle 7-8, gym 8-9, work 12-5
Do AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE over the weekend, ask for extra work
Lay out outfits for the next day each night/early morning to minimise stress
