Pay attention to: Recurrent self-sabotage patterns, Unhealthy habits, Chronic inner critic, Disproportionate anger issues, Negative behaviour toward oneself, Feelings of numbness, apathy, depression (with no apparent cause), Chronic anxiety, Struggles with self-care, Treating other people badly, difficulty connecting with people/experience, lack of understanding toward self, Lack of emotional regulation, Frequent relationship difficulties.
Meditate Daily (30 min at least). Fluctuate between complete silence/clearing out and then dedicate some sittings towards listening to inner children / holding space.
