• Pay attention to: Recurrent self-sabotage patterns, Unhealthy habits, Chronic inner critic, Disproportionate anger issues, Negative behaviour toward oneself, Feelings of numbness, apathy, depression (with no apparent cause), Chronic anxiety, Struggles with self-care, Treating other people badly, difficulty connecting with people/experience, lack of understanding toward self, Lack of emotional regulation, Frequent relationship difficulties.
  • Meditate Daily (30 min at least). Fluctuate between complete silence/clearing out and then dedicate some sittings towards listening to inner children / holding space.
  • Breath work. Tonglen. Fire breath. (TBA)
  • Positive feedback looping (Positive correlation) increased acknowledgement of positive impact toward self and others. Momentum. Light feelings and thinking loops.
  • To attain more gentle, trusting self-reliance that is also open to receiving help and validation.
  • To actively maintain Safety and Stabilisation.
  • To come to terms with traumatic memories / Daily Yoga impetus to aid processing/ release stored up trauma and sadness from the body-mind.
  • Integration and Moving on - Create and focus on Short-term and Long-term goals. Celebrate achievements. Eat healthier. Share accurately. Expand out into new environments / alleviate anxiety via broadening experience / routine.
  • Ensure daily intake of set Vitamins, protein, BCAA, Hydrate optimally, skincare routine.
  • Regular time spent outdoors/walking during the week. Create a creative routine (plan immensely, learn lovingly).
