Dormancy is not a frowned upon thing in the system. Parts go dormant over the years naturally once they've ultimately fulfilled their purpose. Most parts will. Forced fusion is the process where two parts have their 'consciousness' fused into one. They must settle on a singular identity, and depending on a Tool's observations, are given a role that suits their behavior. This is usually done between a stable part and an unstable part in an attempt to create a functional new one. Fusion is this process but unmonitored by Managers. mar 13 2025 + Headspace in general is the minds construction of itself. Most humans have a 'headspace', but disordered people may experience it as if it is an actual place. It isn't, but it *is* an okay way to address where parts are at any given time. STRANGER'S headspace is divided into three "sections". The headspace may change in appearance and location, but these sections of the environment are consistent. FRONT ROOM - The front room is unable to be seen and parts within it lose autonomy, opting to control the body's immediate consciousness instead. Fronting parts can sense the presence and emotion from those within CO-CONSCIOUSNESS. Although the part may not be immediately recognized.
