  • Make yourself a real breakfast or at least eat something- it's good for you.
  • Stretch! Something so small makes a big difference later and I know that. Do it.
  • Go for a walk carrying 25 lbs or more in a backpack.
  • Take vitamins
  • Take meds- 2
  • Take a shower/bath depending on my time.
  • Apply for jobs until I find one
  • Clean/organize 1 thing
  • Work on craft project
  • Learn something/anything
  • Stick to my WebMD food plan
  • Take pictures- yes, everyday!
  • Do a non-intensive exercise in my room that I enjoy. I may take up yoga or belly dancing depending how I feel.
  • Fill out WebMD exercise and health plan for the next day
  • Set alarm for taking medicine so I can try to take it at the same time daily
  • SMILE. What will it hurt?
