- Make yourself a real breakfast or at least eat something- it's good for you.
- Stretch! Something so small makes a big difference later and I know that. Do it.
- Go for a walk carrying 25 lbs or more in a backpack.
- Take vitamins
- Take meds- 2
- Take a shower/bath depending on my time.
- Apply for jobs until I find one
- Clean/organize 1 thing
- Work on craft project
- Learn something/anything
- Stick to my WebMD food plan
- Take pictures- yes, everyday!
- Do a non-intensive exercise in my room that I enjoy. I may take up yoga or belly dancing depending how I feel.
- Fill out WebMD exercise and health plan for the next day
- Set alarm for taking medicine so I can try to take it at the same time daily
- SMILE. What will it hurt?
