Preheat oven at 180°.

Crust:

1 ½ graham crackers smashed up mixed in with 1tbsp melted coconut oil. Press into bottom of 3 cupcake moulds.

Bottom layer filling:

3/ 4 cup mashed banana mixed with 1/ 8 cup almond flour. Pour into moulds.

Top layer filling:

3/ 4 cup mashed banana mixed with 1/ 8 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder, 1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder. Pour on top of other layers.

Place in oven at 35 minutes. Take out and let cool for 15 mins.
