1 cup of rolled oats

1 cup of rice crisp cereal (organic)

Dash of salt

Dash of cinnamon

1/2 cup of honey or brown rice syrup

1/2 cup of natural almond butter

Vanilla extract

3 tbsp coconut

Topping:

1/4 cup of cacao (unsweetened)

3 tbsp water

2 tbsp coconut oil melted

Stevia or honey for a sweetener.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in a separate bowl (melt almond butter down). Mix together and pat down in a brownie tray. Place in the freezer for 10 mins. Mix topping ingredients and layer on top of the bottom layer. Refrigerate for 25 mins before serving.
