• Watch resilient feminine movies (Room, Descent etc.)
  • move your body (enroll in a fitness room)
  • feed you with omega 3 (fish like salmon etc)
  • embrace the mediterrannen diet
  • improve your comfort food (add healthy, cook more)
  • take the Sun (or at least vitamine D)
  • avoid alcohol (see move your body --> healthy)
  • meditate
  • do yoga (and everything that make U feel good) and go on a few yoga retreats
  • practice sophrologie (preferably in groups)
  • when you're at your low point, practice hypno-therapy
  • enjoy a few long and deep inspirations once in a while
  • take lithium if needed / or check in the medicinal herbs : order Fleurs de Bach or "Petit Bigaradier" oil.
  • plunge into books reading : 1-confort books (Alice, chick litt..) / 2-inspiring / 3-fun
  • allow yourself to be sad and down
  • watch fun and inspiring Ted talk
  • make a new list of everything you want to be : you have a blank page in front of U, you can be anything
  • also, make a list of the guy's flaws, and why the ending is actually a goood thing
  • take a holiday (London ? l'aveyron..?)
  • buy yourself some nice massages and spa times
  • make sure you have comfort movies (like Xmas movies)and empowering (watch mamma mia 1&2)
  • check in advance all the movies (out in theatre or at home) you want to see
  • surround yourself with real friends
  • after taking a break to rest, plan your evenings in advance
  • make sure that your w-e are filled
  • make new projects
  • speak english
  • buy fresh flowers for your home
  • make your home an inspiring and cosy haven !
  • research and listen to good music
  • "flush" away any harmful thought
  • wear a tight wristband that you will clap against your wrist every time you think about something nocive
  • "talk" the thing in english to anybody you need
